The Carmel Rotary will be hosting author Vin Dacquino at George’s Place at 12:15 PM on Sept. 29 at their monthly luncheon. Vin will be talking about his book, HAUNTINGS OF THE HUDSON RIVER VALLEY and some of the local Putnam County spirits.
